Receiving Couple

My friend and his wife landed, completed their baggage claim and were eagerly waiting for our pick up. Eight of us went to receive this awesome couple. We split in four-four and travelled in two different cars to give our friend and his spouse a warm welcome. We started from the house late thinking that it would take sometime for him to finish the formalities at the airport. We kept updating the status of our distance from the airport. My friends in other car reached before us. The car I was in, we were making fun of each other, by the time we reach there I believe they would have started their ride back home. We tried to hold them for 5-10 minutes in the airport until we tugged in.

My new roommate was quickly introduced to my friend and his spouse. Rode back home and were waiting to see the reactions of our newly wed friend with unexpected surprises at home. The home was decked with their photo's and flowers. They showed terrific signs before even stepping inside the house. It was fun watching them get in.
We had great time pulling each ones leg. Had some refreshments and dispersed home.
