One thing my teacher always sets as an example for focusing on goals is through Sales or Marketing people. No matter how many customers say "NO" to ignore their innovative approaches and no matter how or which customer yells at them, they have the smile sticking to their face and only focus on selling their products.
Today morning, I got triggered for a rough argument with the internet connection guy, but he remained calm and kept smiling and repeated the same dialogue.
I need to learn to control my temper and apply the sales people policy when required.
