"IT" is all about documentation. Be it proposal/test case/requirement gathering/minor code change/support activity. Today I had to create few new documents for my project.
How painful it is work on a 35 page document on a Sunday afternoon?
Review and recommendations for this document was discussed over phone. Working on documentation even for half an hour bugs me a lot.
I may not be the only person who hates documentation, there are many others who would join me in supporting against the process oriented technical document templates.
I love referring existing documents but dislike preparing one. Hopefully Google will come up with some new tool that would simplify the IT documentation process.
